  1. The "Hand Pick The Exact Items You Want" benefit has no limits across all items we sell. We have a few methods for you to pick out the exact items you want: pictures, or videos, or live video call. If you choose live video call, The Otaku Swap staff is not permitted to show their face. You as the client do not have to enable your camera, but microphone functionality would be ideal as it would be easier to discuss the items you want.

  2. The "Select A Ship Out Date" benefit doesn't have a cutoff period. Feel free to change your ship out date as needed. Sometimes life simply happens and we completely understand. However, plan carefully as we can only assure you that we'll hold your items until you are ready to have them shipped out. Once merchandise ships out, we cannot reroute the shipment to a different address. It is important to understand that this plan DOES NOT allow you to change the delivery address.

  1. Cat Gang, nor any membership-based product offered by The Otaku Swap will ever auto-renew without your explicit consent.

  2. Cat Gang Memberships Are Non-Refundable. In the event you order an item that is out of stock or is arriving to us from our suppliers later than expected, your membership will be extended the amount of days it takes for us to get our hands on the merchandise. So if you place an order on January 1st and the item doesn't arrive to us until January 15th, your Cat Gang Membership will be extended 14 days past its original expiration date.

  3. Our policy is to honor Cat Gang and any other membership-based products to the fullest.
