Other companies may use these monetizing procedures in order to cover the cost of doing business. The Otaku Swap only profits from the selling of products. We do not compete on price. The Otaku Swap competes on quality and client care. Aside from carefully selecting and packaging merchandise, we treat all of our clients as individuals, building a relationship with everyone we serve.

All communications are personally handled by us directly. We will never use automated means to handle you nor your account.

Prices for all products and shipping costs are a result of the cost of doing business. The extra work that we do has a value and the space we need to do it has a value. The extra time and attention to detail, like you’ll find nowhere else, has a value. All of what we are about has a value and all of this is reflected in our pricing structures. No one offers the same level of care for your anime, electronics, figures, light novels, manga and merchandise. The prices you see for all items we sell already include sales tax. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

The Otaku Swap operates on a first come, first served basis. But we take it a step further. We hand process each order. Some of our payment processing protection mechanisms, designed to help protect us both, may erroneously prevent your purchase from going through, for example - but you’ll never be on hold for hours or waiting days for an email response. If you attempt to checkout and your purchase is declined by a protection mechanism, we honor your spot in line for interest in that item. This means that you will be able to make the purchase once we get your payment situation sorted out. This is a valuable proposition offered by no other company that we extend to all of our clients.
