Our policy is The Otaku Swap is an otaku shop first. We carry all anime, figures, light novels and manga that other companies may ban or discontinue. We do not bend to social pressures to stop carrying a certain product or product category. We understand that some of our clients may find some of these products unsavory, but we stand firm on the decision to accommodate as many titles and products as possible. A line must be drawn somewhere. As our matrix improves, our clients will be able to hide certain products from view when logged into their accounts, but we never remove the products from our shelves.

Our policy is to exchange, issue store credit or full cash refund to our clients with not at fault damaged merchandise. Clients must first return the damaged merchandise to us.

If you want to have your merchandise shipped to another location after you have placed your order, you will need to cancel your order and repurchase the merchandise. If you want to have your merchandise shipped to another location after the merchandise has already shipped out, we will not be able to accommodate this request. Please plan accordingly.
